As we celebrate the founding anniversary of our nation, the Hainan Free Trade Port has entered a critical phase of quality improvement and preparation for customs closure. Guided by the *Hainan Provincial 14th Five-Year Plan for Agricultural and Rural Modernization*, the *Implementation Plan for the Development of Tropical Characteristic High-efficiency Agriculture in Hainan Free Trade Port*, and the ongoing industrial upgrading arrangements for the 15th Five-Year Plan, Hainan has clarified its development priorities. The province aims to strengthen tropical characteristic agriculture, build famous agricultural product brands, improve cold chain logistics systems, deepen production-marketing docking of agricultural goods, promote integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries, and comprehensively empower the industrial revitalization of rural areas.
Policies prioritize five major local advantageous industries: tropical fruits and vegetables, tropical spice crops, marine fisheries, under-forest economy and characteristic planting & breeding. Continuous support is provided for the standardization of production sites, primary processing of agricultural products, cold chain warehousing, traceability systems, brand cultivation and production & circulation. Such support helps resolve long-standing industry pain points of Hainan agricultural products: premium quality without premium pricing, rich harvests with limited sales channels, and difficulties in long-distance fresh-keeping.
As a modern agricultural enterprise rooted in Hainan, Yingtian Fangzhou always follows national strategies, aligns with provincial policies and delivers tangible industrial projects rather than empty concepts or marketing gimmicks.
